If you did not receive the required forms, access our <a href=\"https:\/\/keystone.youramazingsite.com\/es\/formas\/?_customers=businesses\">business forms<\/a> and choose your community to download the required form for your business location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Complete the form(s) for your municipality and mail to Keystone with the applicable fee(s). Keystone mails the license once each year in the month of June.
